VARIATION OF CONDITION

Section 73 application (Minor Material Amendment) to vary condition 2 (Opening Hours) of Planning Permission Reference: 850608 dated 17/04/1985 for 'continued use of ground floor as a hot food take away and snack bar'. It is proposed to change the opening hours to be from Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 21:30.
