SHOP FRONT
You must apply for full planning permission for any alteration to your shopfront that would change the shop's appearance. This includes replacement shopfronts, installation or replacement or new entrance doors and windows and external security measures.
PRIOR APPROVAL APPLICATIONS
In order to be eligible for permitted development rights, each 'Class' specified in the legislation has associated limitations and conditions that proposals must comply with. One such condition on certain classes of permitted development is the need to submit an application to the Local Planning Authority for its 'Prior Approval; or to determine if its 'Prior Approval' will be required.
VARIATION OF CONDITIONS AND NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT
This type of application should be used to request that the local planning authority removes or changes the requirements of a condition on a planning permission or listed building consent.
LAWFULNESS CERTIFICATE

MINOR&FULL VARIATIONS
It is possible to make small changes to your premises licence or club premises certificate through the minor variation process or you can amend, add or remove conditions within a licence by a full variation. Altering any aspect of the layout of the premises should be done by a full variation application.

HEARING REPRESENTATION
A hearing will be hold if valid objections or representations from responsible authorities, or any other person, whether or not they live or have a business in the vicinity, are received. We represent you at the hearing in order to get your licence approved.
